Having worked in retail for +12 years, Rachel cultivated long-term relationships with her customers, developed raving fans, increased repeat business, and built a word-of-mouth army. For 5 of those years, Rachel worked as a Retail Store Manager in fine jewelry, personally coaching a team to hit 9 record sales months. During her time as a Store Manager, Rachel coached her team through multiple half million dollar sales goal months, trained new store managers to take over high volume stores, and mentored several assistant managers.
At the beginning of 2021, Rachel left the world of fine jewelry to start her own coaching business to mentor businesses 1:1 how to do the same.
